Level Quote, Inc. is a Florida S‑Corp. Our principal agent holds a Florida 2‑15 Life, Health & Annuities license (License #XXXXXX) and is authorized to transact insurance in the state of Florida only. We do not solicit or sell insurance outside of Florida.

Carrier Appointments

We are appointed with select insurance carriers authorized to issue life and health insurance in Florida. We only promote or solicit products from carriers with whom we have an active appointment and all required approvals. From time to time we may seek additional appointments to expand our offerings, but we do not advertise or solicit the products of any carrier until our appointment is active.

Insurance Marketing Organization (IMO)

We are affiliated with Levinson & Associates, Inc., an insurance marketing organization that supports us in obtaining carrier appointments and product training.
